Grab and Go Lunches (FYI re: a change)

March 27, 2020

Breakfast/Lunch Distribution

The CHARIHO Regional School District will continue to offer free “grab and go” breakfast and lunch to any child, 18 and under, on Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM.  Parents/Guardians can pick up meals at the front entrance of CHARIHO Regional High School, 453 Switch Road, Wood River Junction.  Chartwells staff will be available to pass out the packaged breakfast and lunch to each student.

In addition, CHARIHO will now allow parents/guardians to pick up meals for their children provided they tell us the names of their children.  CHARIHO will create a list and check them off daily.  We have been providing meals for 2 weeks now and seeing the same parents and children coming through to get meals.  If an adult unknown to staff or the children they are picking up meals for do not attend a CHARIHO school, we will give food the first day, but request the adult bring the children the next time to insure the meals are being appropriately dispensed.
